Abstract

本发明公开了自动螺旋铣孔装置,它包括电主轴,在电主轴外套有一个连接套,电主轴的一端通过夹具连接有刀具,连接套设置在偏心小套筒的第一内孔内,第一内孔的轴线与小套筒外轮廓的轴线之间为偏置轴线设置,连接套与偏心小套筒之间通过轴承连接,在偏心小套筒外套有与之间隙设置的偏心大套筒,偏心大套筒的第二内孔的轴线与偏心大套筒外轮廓的轴线之间为偏置轴线设置,在偏心小套筒上沿其外壁开有槽,在偏心大套筒的第二内孔上连接有能够插在环槽内并且能够与之滑动配合的限位销,在偏心小套筒上通过十字联轴器连接有第二带轮,在偏心大套筒上通过键连接有第一带轮,在偏心大套筒外套有轴承座套筒。本装置保证装置每次调偏心的可操作性和准确性。
The invention discloses an automatic spiral hole milling device comprising an electric spindle, wherein a connecting sleeve is sleeved on the electric spindle; a cutter is connected with one end of the electric spindle through a clamp; the connecting sleeve is arranged in a first inner hole of an eccentric small sleeve; the axial line of the first inner hole and the axial line of the outer contour of the small sleeve are arranged in an offset manner; the connecting sleeve is connected with the eccentric small sleeve through a bearing; an eccentric large sleeve and the eccentric small sleeve are spacedly arranged; the axial line of the second inner hole and the axial line of the outer contour of the eccentric large sleeve are arranged in the offset manner; a groove is formed along the outer wall of the eccentric small sleeve; a stop pin, which can be inserted into a ring groove and be in slide fit with the ring groove, is connected to the second inner hole of the eccentric large sleeve; a second belt pulley is connected to the eccentric small sleeve through a cross coupler; a first belt pulley is connected to the eccentric large sleeve through a key; and a bearing support sleeve is sleeved on the eccentric large sleeve. According to the device, the maneuverability and the accuracy of eccentricity adjustment can be guaranteed each time.
