Abstract

The invention relates to a heterojunction photochemical catalyst for reforming biomass hydrogen preparation and a preparation method thereof. The photochemical catalyst comprises m percent of WOxSy/CdS, wherein x represents the amount-of-substance fraction of oxygen in the tungsten species and is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1; y represents the amount-of-substance fraction ofsulphur in the tungsten species and is more than 0 and less than or equal to 2; and m represents weight percentage of tungsten and is more than 0 and less than or equal to 10. Based on the concept ofthe semiconductor heterojunction, the photochemical catalyst adopts a CdS catalyst as a carrier, makes the lead compound of W supported on the CdS catalyst by an immersion method, and then adopts a high-temperature roasting method to assemble the sulphide (oxide) of W on the CdS surface to prepare the highly active heterojunction photochemical catalyst for reforming biomass hydrogen preparation. The invention realizes high effective refining biomass hydrogen preparation of the cheap semiconductor photochemical catalyst and provides an approach for reducing the cost of hydrogen preparation of the photochemical catalyst.
一种重整生物质制氢的异质结光催化剂及其制备方法。所述光催化剂的组成为m%WOxSy/CdS(其中x是钨物种中氧的物质的量分数,0≤x≤1;y是钨物种中硫的物质的量分数,0<y≤2;m是钨元素的重量百分数,0<m≤10)。该光催化剂以半导体异质结概念为基础,采用CdS催化剂为载体,通过浸渍法将W的前驱化合物担载在CdS催化剂上;然后采用高温焙烧的方法将W的硫(氧)化物组装在CdS表面,制备出高活性重整生物质制氢异质结光催化剂。本发明实现了廉价半导体光催化剂高效重整生物质制氢,为降低光催化制氢成本提供了一种途径。
