Abstract

本发明公开了一种涡旋压缩机及其动静涡旋盘,所述动静涡旋盘包括动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘,涡旋线齿分别伸出所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘的盘面,且所述涡旋线齿在涡旋盘平面上的投影为圆的渐开线,动涡旋盘上的涡旋线齿与静涡旋盘上的涡旋线齿相错安置啮合,形成封闭压缩腔,所述静涡旋线齿圈数与动涡旋线齿圈数之差小于等于1/12。本发明的涡旋压缩机及其动静涡旋盘,由于采用所述静涡旋线齿圈数与动涡旋线齿圈数之差小于等于1/12,相同排气量的涡旋压缩机情况下,减少了静涡旋盘的外径尺寸,缩减了整机的外形尺,同时减少涡旋轮廓的加工时间,节约制造成本。
The invention discloses a scroll compressor and moving and fixed scrolls of the scroll compressor. The moving and fixed scrolls comprise a moving scroll and a fixed scroll, wherein vortex line teeth extend out of the scroll surfaces of the moving scroll and the fixed scroll respectively, and the projections of the vortex line teeth on planes of the scrolls are round involutes; the vortex line teeth on the moving scroll and the vortex line teeth on the fixed scroll are arranged in a staggered mode and are meshed with each other to form a closed compression chamber; and the difference between the number of turns of the fixed vortex line teeth and the number of turns of the moving vortex line teeth is less than or equal to 1/12. For the scroll compressor and the moving and fixed scrolls of the scroll compressor, because the difference between the number of turns of the fixed vortex line teeth and the number of turns of the moving vortex line teeth is less than or equal to 1/12, under thecondition of using scroll compressors with the same air displacement, the outside dimension of the fixed scroll is reduced, the shape size of the entire machine is reduced, and simultaneously the processing time of a vortex outline is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
