Abstract

本发明涉及光选择性吸收层及其制备方法,该光选择性吸收层由在真空镀膜技术下铁铬合金与非金属气体反应沉积形成的复合材料薄膜构成,所述非金属气体优选为包含氮和氧元素的气体。本发明还涉及包含所述光选择性吸收层的太阳能集热元件或太阳能选择性吸收涂层体系及其制备方法,以及所述复合材料薄膜作为太阳能集热元件或太阳能选择性吸收涂层体系的光选择性吸收层的用途。
Disclosed are a light selectively absorbing layer and a method for making the same, the light selectively absorbing layer is consisted of a composite film formed by reacting an iron-chromium alloy with a non-metal gas through vacuum plating technology, the non-metal gas is preferably a gas comprising nitrogen and oxygen elements. Also disclosed are a solar energy collector element or solar energyselectively absorbing coating system and a method for making the same, and the use of the composite film as a light selectively absorbing layer in the solar energy collector element or the solar energy selectively absorbing coating system.
