Abstract

本发明公开了属于环保设备范围的应用于废塑料、废橡胶等回收处理中的一种移动式模块化处理系统及处理方法,将各个设备分组安装在底盘上或箱体内,形成可移动单元,每个移动单元可以被整体放置在标准拖车或标准集装箱车内进行整体运送到生产场地,之后可以现场将各个移动单元连接固定使用;采用先行脱氯和3级低温预热、熔融和负压低温裂解等方法控制和减少二恶英的生成,经过过滤处理后达到严格的二恶英排放的标准。经过熔融裂解后,裂解釜内剩余的重油和残渣从下部排出至成品模块的油渣分离罐内,分离出的重油再被送到预热罐循环使用。含油的油渣可以做为改性沥青的原料。本设备移动灵活,运行费用较低,适合现场作业。
The invention discloses a movable modularization treatment system which is applied on recovering processing of waste plastic and waste rubber and the like, belongs to the environment-friendly device range and a processing method. Each device is installed on a chassis or in a box body in groups to form movable units, each movable unit can be placed wholly on standard trailer or standard container to be transported to production fields, and then each movable unit can be connected and fixed to use in in-situ. The generation of dioxin is controlled and reduced through adopting the methods of desulfurizing and three-stage low temperature preheating, fusion and decomposition with negative pressure and low temperature and the like, the strict standard of dioxin discharge is reached after the filtering processing. Heavy oil and residue which are left in a cracking kettle are discharged to an oil residue separating tank of a finished product module from the lower portion through fusion and decomposition, heavy oil which is separated is transported to a preheating tank to be recycled. Oil residue which comprises oil can be used as raw material of modified asphalt. The device has flexible moving and lower operation cost, and is suitable to be operated in in-situ.
